• top of page • :: CairnGorm Mountain Lift Status & NewsTuesday 16th December. Mountain Railway opening 10.00 am There is now insufficient snow at the top of the mountain to offer any snowsports. We will need a fair bit of new snow to reopen up there, and not much sign of any in the next week or so. We are continuing to make snow around the lower conveyors, at car park level and will open the beginner area next Friday. Ops 1
